Division E Success Plan

The Division plan to help strengthen struggling clubs:
By helping them get the tools they need to get new members and to achieve Educational Awards by their members.

Governor Ellie Thomson’s plan to engage and motivate Area Governors:
By helping the Area Governors know how vital their role is to the success of the Clubs they serve, to help them stay focused on the Vision they have for their Clubs.

The Division will pursue opportunities to develop leadership by:
By using Division Members to help with training and contests in the Division. Not just in speaking at the contests but as Leaders in the Contests. By giving the members the opportunity to exercise their leadership as opportunities arise.

The Division plan to develop new club opportunities:
By listening to the members and by seeing if there are area's of Division E where a new club will be able to find a home.

Governor Ellie Thomson’s plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
By talking up the Distinguished Club Program at every opportunity, and to always promote the idea that the DCP goals are about PEOPLE and opportunities for the members to grow. It is not about the numbers!

Division E will support Area and Club marketing efforts by:
By being there to assist in the efforts of the Area Governors and the Club Officers.

The District can help Division E achieve success by:
The District can assist with help as it is needed. If Division E needs help the Division Governor will ask. Division E is a part of the District and will be there to assist the rest of the District in whatever way it is needed.
